Dear SF Express Customers:
According to Notice of the State Council on the extension of Spring Festival Holiday, in order to strengthen the protection of new coronavirus, 2020 Spring Festival Holiday will be extended to February 2, 2020, and certain provinces and cities will be extend to February 9, 2020. Under such circumstances, SF Express will strive to increase its resources investment accordingly to ensure that normal operation of international business and customer experience. Additionally, we recommend that customers ship packages depending on their own actual and social conditions. During this period, the services were adjusted as follows:
1. SF Express International Standard Express Plus services will continue pickup and the delivery service for China outbound shipments will begin from February 10, 2020. The transit time may be delayed 1-9 days longer.
2. SF Express International Standard Express, Economy Express services and SF International Cargo Freight services will continue pickup and the delivery service for China outbound shipments will be expected to recover on February 3, 2020. The transit time may be delayed 1-3 days longer.
3. SF E-Commerce Express Standard and E-Commerce Express Priority services will continue pickup and the delivery service for China outbound shipments will be expected to recover on February 3, 2020. The transit time may be delayed 1-7 days longer.
4. SF E-Commerce Express Warehouse will stop pickup.
5. SF E-parcel service and SF Warehouse service will continue pickup during Spring Festival, and the delivery service for China outbound shipments will be expected to recover on February 3, 2020. The transit time may be delayed 1-8 days longer.
Reminder,
– Wuhan-OS Countries, pickup and delivery as normal for Credit Account, only accept weight under 3kg pickup and delivery of International Standard Express for Cash Account
– Hubei Province(Excluding Wuhan)-OS Countries, stop pickup and delivery
– OS Countries-China, the transit time of shipments may be delayed.
