It is with that value in mind, and our vision to be the best service provider in the markets we serve, that we initiated project Fusion—a strategic initiative to significantly upgrade and enhance our business systems.
In order to improve our ability to deliver superior quality service, we partnered with several key vendors to build a solution that would enable us to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. For the past two years, we worked with our vendors to customize, build, and implement this system.
