Houston, TX Weather Service Update
Hurricane Harvey’s impact in the Southeast Texas area has been severe. As residents and businesses work to minimize the impact of flooding and repair damages, Averitt is doing all we can to support recovery.
As a result of the impact of Harvey, Averitt will not be conducting standard pickup and delivery service in the Houston area for several days.
Shipments destined to the Houston area will still be picked up throughout the Averitt LTL network, but will not move to destination until the Houston area is ready to receive the shipments and is able to complete delivery. Shipments destined for Houston will not be subject to LTL service standards during this time.
