Global Warehouses Fulfillment services
4PX owns and operates a network of 7 warehouses worldwide – 3 in mainland China (Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Shanghai), while the other 4 are strategically located in UK, Australia, Germany, and the US. All packages are processed properly and efficiently, and supervised by 4PX’s experienced staff 24/7.
4PX RMA Service
4PX provides RMA service from our US and UK facilities. Merchants apply for return orders in our system, which will automatically create a return order number. Merchants provide this order number to buyers, and buyers will remark returned packages with this order number. After return packages arrive at our facilities, packages will be processed based on the Merchant’s instructions to be repackaged, destroyed, or returned back to China.
