Hermes, the consumer delivery specialist, has announced that its money back delivery guarantee will return for a fourth year this Christmas. This unique initiative provides assurance for retailers and their customers ahead of the 2016 peak season.
The Hermes Christmas Promise helps retailers to avoid disappointing customers by guaranteeing that all online purchases will be delivered before Christmas Day.
It assures that every parcel entering the Hermes network by 23.59 on Wednesday 21st December, and bearing a UK mainland address, will have a least one delivery attempt made otherwise Hermes will refund the delivery charge.
