We are pleased to announce the opening of an additional driver training school at our NEMF terminal in Pittsburgh, PA. The first class of eight graduates completed their training in early July. NEMF’s program consists of ten weeks of training broken down as follows / eight weeks of combined classroom and hands on instruction / during this time the driver trainee is guided by one of our professional Regional Driver / Safety Trainers. During week eight, the driver trainees will test and receive their Commercial Driver’s License. Once they receive their CDL, the driver trainee will be put out in the field for “On The Job” training with a senior NEMF driver/mentor for two additional weeks.
